A 1920s home was expanded with a seamless addition, including a new basement, larger family room, primary suite, and spa-like bathroom, all blending with the home’s original charm.

Outdated electrical, soft soils requiring a deeper foundation, mismatched stucco and paint, and an uneven foundation.
Solutions:
Structural reinforcements, matched exterior finishes, custom cabinetry, a gas fireplace, expanded closets, and elegant ensuite bath upgrades.

The finished addition delivers bright, functional living spaces with natural light, oak floors, and timeless details—perfect for modern family living.

This kitchen remodel blends modern functionality with timeless charm. The new design features dark, rich cabinetry, a glass-front display cabinet for heirloom China, natural stone countertops, and warm under-cabinet lighting, creating a welcoming, elegant space.

The original kitchen felt outdated, cramped, and closed off, with limited storage, a restrictive peninsula, and a pantry that obstructed flow.
Solutions:
We removed the peninsula for an open-concept layout, reconfigured cabinetry for storage and accessibility, and integrated French doors for balance and natural light. Custom glass-front cabinets, roll-out pantry shelves, and refinished hardwood floors enhanced both functionality and style.
