Not organized, poor planning (permit application not submitted until after job was started resulting in substantial delay, discrepancies on material colors, lighting, deck finishes) No management support, installation crew was left to on their own without instructions/drawings (deck size, rail installation instructions) or support. Communication was lax (one primary example: concerns regarding reuse of old deck components with alternative proposal were never presented).
