there were some organizational challenges. i felt like there could have been a better game plan and plan of attack. For instance, we have an oven hood picked out, we know the model, we should know what the dimension of the exhaust pipe is BEFORE we cut a hole in the house…not after. Also there was a cabinet that was installed upside down and other little things that could have been prevented with better organization. Glasgow Co. was extremely professional, some of their trades left a bit to be desired. We heard almost every trade complaining about the work. IE “this is BS, why do they want it this way.” and “We can’t do that, we never do that.” It was very frustrating.
