The room divider strip was installed using shims that were visible, and it was accidentally kicked off within weeks. The stair nose was never installed because the tech said it would not allow my door to close. I was just so DONE by then, that I just had him leave the piece of plastic I had paid for and get out of my house. I had multiple communication failures in dealing with both H.G.C. and Carpetland.
